    Chocolate fudge pudding

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups cake crumbs
    • 3/4 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 200 grams Dark Chocolate, Melted
    • 3 eggs, separated
    • 1/4 cup plain flour
    • 2 tablespoons marsala
    • icing sugar

    Method

    Preheat oven to 180C.

    Combine cake crumbs, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cooking Chocolate, egg yolks, flour and marsala.

    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gently fold into chocolate mixture.

    Spoon mixture into 6 x 1/2 cup individual ovenproof dishes.

    Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked.

    Dust with icing sugar, serve immediately with cream or ice cream.
