Washing children’s hair and trying to comb through it afterwards can tie you up in knots and almost always end in tears – and that’s not to mention how the poor kid feels. Shop-bought detanglers can be expensive, so why not make your own? It’s easy, cheap as chips and takes just moments.

You will need:
- 2 tbsp (30ml) conditioner
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- small spray bottle
How to make your own hair detangler
Add conditioner and water to the spray bottle. Close tightly and shake vigorously to mix.
Spray lightly onto hair and comb through all the tangles with ease!
