Baby exercise: Up and down
Exercising with your baby is wonderful for communication, strength and brain development. Your baby will benefit from spending time with you and learning new moves. Just watch as your baby grows and starts exercising alone.
What you need:
Number of players:
Lay baby on his back.
Hold his hands and lift one at a time.
Chant over again "One hand up, one hand down, other hand up, other hand down".
- Alternate wording used could be "Left hand up, left hand down, right hand up, right hand down".
- This activity will help your baby to develop muscle movement in his arms.
