DIY Easter bunny ears

Making your own bunny rabbit ears is an easy craft project for kids. Use our FREE bunny ears template and then decorate them however you want. You'll end up with an easy homemade dress up or Easter hat parade idea.

What you need:

• FREE bunny ears printable template
• scissors
• 1 x A3 sheet of white cardboard
• 1 x Alice headband
• glue

Optional extras to decorate your bunny ears:

• coloured felt
• cotton wool
• coloured pencils, crayons or paints

Print out two FREE bunny ear templates.

Fold the A3 sheet of cardboard in half and place the ear templates on the fold as marked. Cut two. You will end up with two mirror image bunny ears.

Now get your headband. Glue each mirror image ear at the centre, to the underside of the headband first. When that is dry, fold each ear around the headband so that the mirror images meet up again. Glue.

Now you can decorate your bunny ears. You can either glue cotton wool all over them for a fluffy bunny look, use pieces of coloured felt to make them look fancy or just colour them in with pencils or crayons.
