One for you, one for me

Everyone gets one when you play one for me, one for you. This is a great family game that teaches your child numbers, sharing and much more. The kids can even choose what they would like to share with you.

What you need:

  • a pile of objects such as buttons, pebbles

Number of players:
1+

Activity:

A great game to play with your young child as they learn how to share and are introduced to numbers.

Give your child a small pile of objects and ask them to share them out ‘one for you, one for me’.

Get your child to place whatever objects you are using into containers or onto plates.

Your child will love the feeling of being in charge of the game whilst learning to share at the same time.
