Under the sea window collage

Create your own under the sea window collage with this fantastic kids art and craft project. This kids learning activity will also teach them about life under the sea, so give them artistic freedom to create their own little world!

What you need:

• torn coloured tissue paper
• strips of blue cellophane
• coloured plastic, cellophane and paper cut into fish shapes
• hole punch
• tape
• scissors

Activity:

Get your child involved in tearing up the tissue paper.
This will be the water, plants and the different colours of the ocean.

Cut small slits in the blue cellophane and get them to tear that as well.
This will be the bulk of the ocean.

Using a hole punch, get your child to punch holes into the fish shapes.
Once satisfied, choose a window they can reach.

Build layer upon layer of fish and strips of tissue paper and cellophane.
The final mural will look beautiful as sunlight streams through it.
