What you need:

  • thin cardboard (old cereal boxes work well!)
  • pencils
  • scissors
  • glue
  • paper
  • sticky tape

Number of players:
1+

Activity:

Draw four Valentine's Day pictures on paper, such as a teddy, cupid, a love heart and flowers.

Cut each picture out and colour them in.

On the thin cardboard, trace the outline of each of the four sides of an empty tissue box and cut them out.

Glue the Valentine's pictures onto the squares of cardboard.

Using sticky tape, secure the four sides of the tissue box. Cover together by placing the tape on the inside of the joins.

Slide the tissue box cover over your box of tissues.

Notes

  • You can also use contact paper on top of the tissue box cover to protect it if you like.
  • If you are feeling ambitious, you could add a top to your tissue box cover – just make sure you line up the slit on the tissue box cover with the box of tissues.
