


These chicken fingers are a great way to ensure your baby is getting both protein and veggie. They’re great as a snack on the run or to accompany a main meal.
Suitable for kids aged 10+ months.
Ingredients
250 grams chicken mince
1/4 Leek
finely chopped
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg yolk
1 packet Rafferty’s Garden Quinoa, Apple & Apricot 6 month 120g

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Grill
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly (this is best done with your clean hands).
- Mould mixture into desired shape. Fingers work well for a baby’s grasp.
- Grill for 8 minutes or until golden then turn and continue for a further 4 minutes.
