These chicken fingers are a great way to ensure your baby is getting both protein and veggie. They’re great as a snack on the run or to accompany a main meal.

Suitable for kids aged 10+ months.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams chicken mince

  • 1/4 Leek

    finely chopped

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1 Egg yolk

  • 1 packet Rafferty’s Garden Quinoa, Apple & Apricot 6 month 120g

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Grill

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly (this is best done with your clean hands).
  2. Mould mixture into desired shape. Fingers work well for a baby’s grasp.
  3. Grill for 8 minutes or until golden then turn and continue for a further 4 minutes.

Notes

Age: 10 months + Storage tip: Freeze in lots of 3 in labelled and dated zip lock bags for up to 3 months.
