Crispy asian coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 cabbage finely shredded
- 1 carrot cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 sticks celery, cut into thin matchsticks
- 4 green shallots, diagonally thinly sliced
- 1 cup Changs crispy noodles
- 1/3 cup coriander leaves
Spiced orange dressing
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper
Method
Add all salad dressing ingredients together in a screw-top jar and shake to combine.
Add all salad ingredients to a bowl and dress.
