    Ingredients

    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries or other berries
    • 1 cup kale or spinach leaves
    • 1 tablespoon smoothie powder
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter

    Method

    Just blend, pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy anytime of the day!
