This one’s for the kids … and the young at heart!  Marcel’s Petite Happy Pancakes form the perfect “boat” filled with ice cream and sprinkled with fun toppings.

Simply lay out the ingredients and let everyone build their own – how easy!

Ingredients

  

• 1 or 2 packets Marcel’s Petite Happy Pancakes
• Ice cream
• Sprinkles
• Chocolate sauce

Instructions

 

• Slightly warm the pancakes in the microwave for 20 seconds.
• Arrange the pancakes around the edges of your chosen “boat trays” then top with 3 scoops of ice cream, sprinkles and chocolate sauce. 
• Serve immediately and enjoy!
