    Pear and apricot puree

    Serves:

    Ingredients

    • 2 peeled and cored ripe pears, chopped
    • 10 apricot halves, chopped
    • 2 cups of water

    Method

    Place all chopped ingredients in a small sausepan and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat then simmer for two minutes.

    Drain well and then place in blender.

    Allow to cool.
