Pear and apricot puree
Ingredients
- 2 peeled and cored ripe pears, chopped
- 10 apricot halves, chopped
- 2 cups of water
Method
Place all chopped ingredients in a small sausepan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat then simmer for two minutes.
Drain well and then place in blender.
Allow to cool.
