    Veal meatballs

    Serves:

     

    Ingredients

    • 500g finely minced veal
    • 1 onion, peeled and grated
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • vegetable oil for cooking

    Method

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Roll into little balls in clean, cold hands.

    Cook in frying pan in a little heated oil over medium heat till they have turned brown and cooked through.

    Variation:

    Finely minced lean chicken, lamb, or beef may be used.
