star rating 5

Did you know that according to data from the Centre for Australian Weather and Climate Research air pollution inside your home can be up to five times worse than outside? We spend up to 90 percent of our time indoors**which means your family, especially those who have asthma concerns, may have a harder time during the spring/summer months.

The team at Dyson understand how important it is to help support a clean home environment for your family, so they have created the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ purifier fan heater that works as a purifier, fan and heater all in one. The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ purifier fan heater automatically captures gases and 99.95% of fine particles such as allergens and pollutants. It provides purification all year round and heating and fan cooling when you need it.

The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ purifier fan heater, which includes a new and improved compact filtration technology – the 360° Glass HEPA filter, aims to combat indoor air pollution by removing mould and pollutants from the air. The new model also goes a step further than other purifiers on the market to improve gas capture, trapping ultrafine particles and distributing cleaner air evenly around the whole room.

I would love to be considered for this on behalf of my mother and babies as they’re all very bad asthmatics. If i’m able to trial this and it works it’ll benefit my mum and babies dramatically. My mum is currently sleeping on a oxygen machine so if this is able to help her that’ll be amazing!!

I would love to be considered for this. My little girl is very sensitive to the temperature in their room and we don’t have a centralised heatpump/AC which leave us either cold in winter or very hot during summer with the sun beating down in her room in the evening. My little one has also sufferred hugely (for weeks on end) from hay fever from all the pollen in the air during Spring and Summer. I would love to test this this Summer and see if it helps us with avoiding hay fever or helping recover faster once inside our home.

Hi, would be very keen to see how and if the intelligent temperature control and thermostat work at night. I have an extreme premmie baby so this one of the main areas of interest for me when I am looking for a fan/heater, so would love to try out the Dyson purifier heater. Thanks 🙂

Hi I would really love to trial this, it sounds exactly what we can use in our home. We have 3 busy kids and animals who all bring in dust and dirt etc which all circulate in the air. This would also help us to combat indoor air pollution by removing mould and pollutants from the air. We seem to get mould especially in the colder months. I dont like the fact that the kids breath this in during their sleep at night times. Thanks for considering us for this awesome trial.

I would love to try this please! I suffer from a dust allergy and get a lot of hay fever symptoms and eczema . My sons also suffer from bronchiolitis and a lot of running noses and itchy skin. I would love to purify our air and keep my family healthy

We would love to try this, we live in the south waikato and have quite a bit of pollen that comes in the house which cause allergies in our 5 year old and myself, this would also be great for her room and would help her to not be so sniffle

We would love to trial the Dyson Purifier. With 5 children, 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 guinea pigs, 1 rabbit and 4 cockatiels in our household I think the health benefits would be great.
Cockatiels are one of the more dustier birds (they have dander) and this can affect people with allergies and asthma. With us now having four cockatiels I can really notice the dust they are producing, which seem to be causing our children (and us) to cough and have a constant tickle in their throats. One of the things recommended to help with this is an air purifier. I would love to trial the Dyson, I noted they trap ultrafine particles and distribute cleaner air evenly around the whole room, which sounds exactly like what we need.

I would love love LOVE to trial one of these. My son has Tourettes (as well as asthma) and one of his main tics is sniffing and throat clearing, as a result he’s always congested and finding it difficult to breathe, and getting colds all the time. My daughter also suffers from asthma and gets recurring croup (currently battling yet another dose of it) so this would benefit both of their health.

I’d love to try this with my family and see if we can relieve some of our allergy and asthma symptoms…pick me please

Just been going through the specs on the Dyson website and I’m most keen to try the app feature. Love the idea of the monitoring and reacting accordingly. Weather and pollutant levels in your home are constantly changing so this makes complete sense! Smart living. 2 of my 3 kids suffer terribly with hay fever and asthma so I would love to give this a thorough test, especially at night when their coughs start. With the Dyson Pure Hot+Cold being so quiet this would be a non intrusive way of keeping the room air quality healthy.

This would be amazing for my family as my partner gets bad hey fever, also would love to try in my daughter room, happy to download any app need and it excited to review this product 🙂

  13. Shorrty4life1 06/11/2017 at 10:43 pm

I would love to be chosen for this product trial. My husband likes the cool air and I love heat. This could be perfect. The feature that really took my eye was that it has an air purifier. We suffer alot of athsma and allergies so this would work wonders I’m sure. Thanks kidspot for another chance to trial amazing products.

  14. kfwickins 06/11/2017 at 8:29 pm

I’d love to try this with my family and see if we can relieve some of our allergy symptoms!

  15. Deanneb 06/11/2017 at 4:24 pm

My daughter has asthma and allergies coupled with skin irritations aggregated by heat grr I’m thinking that this would help regulate her temperature and stop her scratching until she bleeds. I’d love to be considered thank you

  16. Thoro 06/11/2017 at 4:13 pm

This would be fantastic to try, both me and my husband have allergies and our two older children are now also having a really hard time with allergies too. It would be great to give the Dyson Pure ago to see if it helps.

  17. Naomi Whalley 06/11/2017 at 2:41 pm

This would be great to try my son has Asthma so it would be worth trialing this with him

I would love to be picked for this trial, we have three little kids with allergies and I’m a asthmatic, as a kid I was so bad that I had to have an oxygen machine so I could be at home rather than all the time in the hospital. We bought our house almost three years ago & my main thing was it had to be warm, dry and insulated. Our building inspector told us it was – turns out his idea of insulation was straw in the roof cavity. This would make a big difference to us.

Oh my gosh, I would love to test out the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ purifier heater. I have recently had to visit an allergy specialist because my body is becoming more and more allergic to everyday foods that I used to eat. The verdict: Oral Pollen Food Allergen. These symptoms can be minimised by eliminating dust, mould, pollen etc from my home and ever since I saw the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ purifier heater advertised on the TV, I have wanted this product. It has been quite difficult to adjust to my allergy because things I used to eat can now cause anaphylactic shock. Being able to trial this product will allow me to know if buying one will help me feel more comfortable in my everyday life and help lessen my reactions. Thank you

  20. Holz13 06/11/2017 at 9:14 am

This would be great in our house! We all suffer from allergies especially my kids the most and I believe this would help so much. We live backed on to a main road and the amount of dust that comes from it into our house doesn’t help us at all, I like that this is for hot and cold so all year round will purifie the air and we can all sleep easy, would love to be picked for this trial, thanks

  21. emerald88 05/11/2017 at 9:56 pm

I would love to be considered for this trial. In our house we have hay-fever and asthma and I would be very interested to see if this helps! This year it has been particularly bad too. This also sounds like it would be perfect for keeping my little boys’ the right temperature while they sleep.

  22. Raewyn Austin 05/11/2017 at 7:59 pm

Love the fact it does three things in one! Would save moving heaters and fans around, as well as storing them in the off season. One machine, more space in our little one’s room.

  23. SarahBlair 05/11/2017 at 3:57 pm

This would be fantastic for my busy home, with 7 people living in our home the air pollution is probably very high, I would love to be able to purify the air for the good health of my family, my husband and I have been suffering horrendously from hay fever lately, I am sure that this would help us! It look so easy to use with great features it would fit into our lives perfectly!

  24. Trinity13 05/11/2017 at 11:46 am

Would love to try the Dyson for my family has always been a favourite of mine.

  25. KarliePlusFour 05/11/2017 at 10:13 am

I would love to trial this! I have a wee babe that has food allergies and I suspect environmental ones too. We already feel we need a fan on to keep her cool and lessening the itchiness of her eczema! Please consider us for this trial

  26. Teeksxo 05/11/2017 at 12:54 am

Would love to try this product as excema and asthma is big in my household and the mould in my house is bad and would love to be able to trial something that gives fresh air as dehumidifiers dont always work and summer is here its very difficult with a baby to control everything in the air

  27. fefifofum 05/11/2017 at 12:17 am

Ooh yes please this would be a fantastic opportunity to try the Dyson product.

We have an older home (1910) and my son has had allergies since he was 6 months – he is now 9 years. He still presents allergy symptoms such as congestion etc.

I have always thought of having DVS or HRV air systems installed but due to the cost and other competing priorities I never quite get there. The Dyson product seems like a great alternative to see if it would help the air in our home become cleaner.

  28. Kozmo 04/11/2017 at 10:40 pm

My 11yr old has severe ezema and asthma and allergies , and allergic rhinitis. We have removed all carpet but would be interested to see if it improves air quality and is able to reduce dust and other pollutants.

  29. Bassplayer 04/11/2017 at 6:04 pm

This is a product that I would absolutely love to review as there are 2 sufferers of hay fever and dust in our house and it causes all sorts of problems. No matter what we do it it always the same. Eczema and asthma is also something both kids suffer from, which is heightened when there are lots of dust particles in the air. I love the feature of the 360° Glass HEPA filter, which aims to combat indoor air pollution by removing mould and pollutants from the air.The purifier fan heater that works as a purifier, fan and heater all in one is fantastic.

  30. palindrome 04/11/2017 at 2:02 pm

We would love to trial the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link purifier heater! Our family all suffer from bad hay fever allergies almost all year round. It is especially bad this time of the year, so if this Dyson product can help us so that the kids don’t go round looking like poor Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and us adults don’t look like we have an affinity with gin… that would be fantastic. It would be great not to have to rely on hay fever drugs all year long.

Also interested to see if the filter system will help with Bub’s asthma – a 99.95% success rate for capturing pollutants and distributing clean air around the house sounds like a possible solution, so would love to review. Will of course report back honestly on how it goes.
