I loved building houses and play areas for animals! I grew up on a big farm and there were bunnies and mice, lizards, kittens etc around as well as farm animals.. I used to make houses out of Lego and beds and little play slides etc for the farm mice. We recently for a couple of 1 week old chickens and my boy straight away started making little perches out of Lego for them!

My favourite thing to build as a child was fairy dells outside. We would build them in banks of dirt using sticks and other things. The fairy’s usually left us lollies in the morning to say thank you for building them a lovely home. My almost 7 year old twin boys would love to have their own lego to get creative with

My brothers and I used to love building forts and hiding places in the back yard. It would keep us occupied for hours. Getting to trial some of this LEGO would be great for my 6 yr old daughter, letter her imagination run free, and having heaps of fun in the process.

I loved building robots out of Lego when I was a child, as they seemed so futuristic at the time. This was obviously a long time ago and I was a huge fan of The Jetsons & Lost in Space :-).
I have two children aged 8 & 9 who would think Christmas had come early if they had the opportunity to review these Lego sets (& maybe also 1 adult who still loves Lego).

I used to live building LEGO castles, with moats and gardens! I have a 6 year old who would love to get creative with some LEGO 🙂

As a child I would love going to the big mound of dirt outside my bedroom and building tracks and trenches to play with my brothers GI Joe’s! A born and bred tomboy I just loved it!! Would be wrapt to trial this Lego for my daughter who is 6 years old. Many thanks

As a child I used to love bulding cities with train stations and joining it all up together but my brothers! We used to try and leave it set up for as long as possible before having to put away and rebuild again another day! I just love how far lego takes the imagination of a child and all the different things that can be made! Lego has really helped with my boys fine motor skills which has helped them in return at school with their hand writing! We would love to add to our wee collection and be able to build soo much more! The whole family usually gets involved! My 6 and 8 year old boys would appreciate this soo much!

    9. Sarah Curtis 09/10/2018 at 1:38 pm

Wow, what a brilliant product trial!!! I used to always build houses, they were amazing mansions in my head but I don’t know that they actually looked any good. The sets back then were nothing like the sets available now days. I have 2 children in this age group, a 7 year old boy and an 8 year old girl who would both love to build any of these sets!!

    10. TawhinaCPeat 09/10/2018 at 1:37 pm

hi yes please i have a eight year old who would love lego!!! we buy him the cheap lugo from kmart so some new actual lego would be such a treat

    11. Mardi 09/10/2018 at 1:37 pm

We simply played on our bikes as kids, or made huts.

My 9 years ASD boy loves Lego and he’d love to trial this. Lego is his escape from everything and he’s got an amazing imagination, he’d definitely be in his happy place for hours

    12. Nikita Sparey 09/10/2018 at 1:37 pm

I loved building houses, the kind I’d love to live in one day. I have a lego crazy 8 year old. I also have a 6 and 7 year old who I think will learn to love lego as much as their brother does

    13. StaceB 09/10/2018 at 1:36 pm

Loved Lego as a kid! My mum is a nurse so my brothers and I used to build hospitals for her, and skyscrapers for dad 🙂 Lego has come a long way since then, and there is some amazing stuff! It’s a bit out of our price range (still using the Duplo haha!), so our six year old would love the chance to create with these! Thanks for the opportunity 😀

My 7 year old daughter LOVES Lego, especially the Lego Friends because she can play make believe stories with them once made. My favourite thing to do with Lego was to make houses and castles for my dolls and animals.

    15. emma30 09/10/2018 at 1:36 pm

My sister and I loved to build houses out of cardboard boxes, paper and fabric when we were younger. I have two children a daughter who is 9 and a son who is 8.

    16. Sammyholt 09/10/2018 at 1:35 pm

How cool! My 4yr old son would love to be able to trial this! He is obsessed with his LEGO and is always building. Loves the bigger kids LEGO as he likes being creative when he builds his masterpieces as he calls them!

    17. nwoodford 09/10/2018 at 1:35 pm

My favorite thing to build as a child were huts out of grass, trees or sticks etc ourside. We only had the standard building blocks all the same size when I was young so the creativity for block building am was a bit more limited then these fun lego sets!
My son would love to trial these Lego sets. He’s not quite 6 (5 at the moment) but is extremely good at following instruction sheets and can easily and happily build sets at a higher age levels.

    18. Lauramh100 09/10/2018 at 1:34 pm

As a kid I loved building farmyards with anything I could find around me. My 4 and 5 year old kids would LOVE to trial some of the new lego sets. They have incredible imaginations and I love seeing what creations they come up with.

    19. Lina Coello 09/10/2018 at 1:33 pm

Growing up, my siblings and I used to make big cities all around the playroom and spend our Sunday afternoons there, making up big stories as we went. Good memories!
My girl is 4 and my son is 2, and they’re both very much into building and make-believe play, so this is a lovely opportunity, since they don’t have any LEGO yet.

    20. Seth Holten 09/10/2018 at 1:33 pm

Growing up i didn’t have Lego myself but when I got the chance to build with friends or cousins I loved attempting to build houses and space ships… These day our 7 year old is a Lego Creator for sure. Some things he builds blows my mind!! Id love for him to trial these not only for the fact that he loves Lego but so he can have some dad/son time away from his baby sister and to help me to have a quick minute to rest while he is occupied creating. (am currently pregnant and exhausted )

    21. GirlsMum 09/10/2018 at 1:31 pm

Oh my girls would love to trial this (and so would I) My favourite thing to build with Lego as a kid was houses. I now own my own Star Wars Lego. My daughters’ ages are 6, 7 and 9.

    22. Bevik1971 09/10/2018 at 1:30 pm

My favourite thing to build as a child were forts!! Inside and outside 🙂 We were raised on a farm and with 4 kids couldn’t really afford much in the way of toys (not a bad thing!). My 5 year old daughter has only recently shown an interest in Lego (her Dad helped with this haha). She has a small basic Lego set at home and we have been meaning to add to it, but budget restraints just won’t allow as we are on 1 wage. She would love this to try 🙂

    23. jenbabe231 09/10/2018 at 1:29 pm

I loved building houses with a garage for the car, I have a 6 and a 4yr old who are both obsessed with Lego and UniKitty who would love to trail and help review this

    24. mwilton 09/10/2018 at 1:28 pm

I used to love building houses with gardens of flowers! My 6 and 8 year old would love the chance to be able to trial some more Lego.

    25. tyandmoosmum2 09/10/2018 at 1:28 pm

Oops forgot to add that my favourite thing to build when I was little was fairy houses, literally obsessed with fairies as a kid!

    26. staceyarmishaw 09/10/2018 at 1:28 pm

We didn’t have a lot of money growing up so never had any of the cool toys such as LEGO, so we improvised and would build small farms in the garden with sticks and rocks etc and use our hand me down farm animals and barbie dolls to live in the farms. Another thing we loved building was forts to sleep in and huts to play in outside which I continue doing with my kids. Living rural meant we had to entertain ourselves! My 9yr old daughter loves LEGO and being creative and building things.

    27. Oliver Harnett 09/10/2018 at 1:27 pm

I used to love building horse stales and race car tracks with my brothers when I was a kid! My son Oliver is 6 and a half and has in the last year really got into his lego and can spend hours sitting there creating masterpieces!

    28. tyandmoosmum2 09/10/2018 at 1:26 pm

My oldest two aged 7 and 4 would absolutely love to trial any of the above Lego sets together! What an awesome opportunity, also it would give me a bit of time alone with the new baby while they get creative together 😁

    29. nana86 09/10/2018 at 12:55 pm

I never had blocks or lego when i was child, but one thing i always remember building and loved building was forts.
I would get all the sheets and blankets, cushions and drape them over chairs and tables, just so i could have a hiding fort. My daughter is turning 8 in a week, my daughter loves lego and i know should we have a blast picking two and do a review as she loves watching unboxing and reviews on youtube.

    30. Sam203 09/10/2018 at 9:03 am

I never had LEGO when I was a kid I loved it but mum not so much so I didn’t get to build all my dream LEGO creations I always wanted to build a princess castle. I make up for it now helping my LEGO mad nearly 7 year old son with his LEGO builds!! We would love the opportunity to trial one of these awesome LEGO sets together!! His preference would probably be for unikitty or the elvybut they all look equally awesome
