Peanut balls
Makes 20
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 3 tbs smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbs rice syrup
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and shape into balls.
Roll the shaped balls in extra coconut and enjoy.
