Ingredients
850g lean ground pork
1 cup ice water
¼ cup soy sauce
1/4 freshly ground black pepper
Equipment
- 1 large bowl
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 shallow baking pan
Instructions
- Heat oven to 190ºC.
- With hands or wooden spoon mix pork, water, soy sauce and pepper thoroughly in large bowl. Shape soft mixture into 3/4-inch balls.
- Arrange closely together in single layer on ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from pan, and serve immediately with a dipping sauce. Use toothpicks to skewer meatballs to dip.
