Nuffin’ Better Than a Muffin!

As a mum, I rate staring into my child’s lunch box and wondering what in the world I’m going to fill it with as definitely one of my least favourite hobbies.

Every time it hits me – I wish I had some muffins to pop in. The kids love muffins. I should make some. Unfortunately my favourite hobby is procrastination so the next morning it’s a repeat performance! Don’t be like me – make those muffins!

Muffins are a good bet for a lunch box filler – they can be made with so many different ingredients that there’s sure to be something to suit every tastebud. Try our basic muffin mix with 8 variations! You can bake a few bulk batches on the weekend and freeze, then alternate daily muffins for a bit of variety.

Muffins are also a great school holiday baking option. Younger kids will be able to help out with adding ingredients and mixing, while older kids can whip up some on their own.
