Promotion for Healtheries
Change up the lunch box fillers with this healthier version of a muesli bar using Healtheries Fun Puffs.

Ingredients
4 cups Healtheries Fun Puffs
1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1.5 cups Dried apricots
chopped
1/2 cup Peanut butter
100 grams Butter
4 tablespoons Honey
Instructions
- Line a slice tin with baking paper (allow overhang to make it easier to get the slice out of the tin)
- Mix the Healtheries Fun Puffs, coconut, chia, and dried apricots in a bowl
- Melt the peanut butter, honey and butter in a saucepan over a medium heat until just about to boil
- Add the peanut butter to the Fun Puffs mixture and stir to combine
- Quickly transfer the mixture to the slice tin and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon
- Refrigerate the slice overnight to firm up then slice into bars
