Draw a picture of a tree trunk and with lots of love hearts to make up the tree’s branches.

Cut the outline of the tree out.

Children can colour in the love hearts with different colours to make a beautiful tree in bloom.

Notes

• Stick the tree to a colourful background or sketch in the sky and grass around the tree to finish this art project off perfectly.
• Older children can use coloured tissue paper scrunched up and glued on the love hearts to make a pretty collage.
