Number of players:
Find yourself a natural park with a path.
Tuck baby up into your carrier or wrap them up in the pram.
Head out and about for a walk with no purpose or destination.
You will be surprised at how relaxed you and baby become.
- Try to find a wooden path or bridge along the way to hear and experience different motions in the pram.
- Sing baby a lullaby or talk to them about your surroundings as you wander.
