    Ingredients

    • 500 grams pineapple, peeled and cored
    • 200 grams strawberry yoghurt
    • 60 grams cream cheese, low-fat spreadable
    • 100 grams strawberries, roughly chopped
    • 40 grams almond biscotti, chopped

    Method

    Slice the pineapple thinly

    Combine the Strawberry Yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth

    Stir in the strawberries and biscotti

    Spoon over the pineapple to serve
