Peanut bubble cookies

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 240g condensed milk

Method

Heat the oven to 160C. Cover baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Put tablespoons of the mixture onto the tray, leaving a inch or two between each one.

Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 minutes. Remove tray and allow to cool.
