Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini thickly sliced
- 4 tbsp basil chopped
- 500 ml passata
- 60 grams cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a baking dish, lay zucchinis and sprinkle over chopped basil.
- Pour over passata and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with foil or a lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
I like to sprinkle a little garlic salt or garlic powder over these zucchini for extra flavour
