We were very excited to try healtheries fun puffs cereal. Miss 5 thinks that they are delicious and has asked for them for breakfast everyday since opening them. I love that it contains pre and pro biotics and all the colours make it exciting for the kids. I would definitely recommend these and will be purchasing in future
Hi guys
We were really excited to have be chosen to trial the new fun puffs, both of my boys LOVED them, my 12 year old couldn’t wait and ate two full bowls as soon as he saw them and since then he’s just been taking handfuls of the cereal and snacking on it dry, my nearly 6 year old is one of the FUSSIEST kids you could ever imagine and we call him a monster so he absolutely loved that there was monsters on the box. I personally was looking forward to seeing if he would eat this happily especially since anything new is usually a no deal for him ……. He thought it was “super cool” that the cereal is different colours and was processing what colour and flavour the milk was going to be as he ate which was pretty fun as well, he did not ask for any sugar to be sprinkled on top like he usually does and then he asked if he was allowed to eat it everyday because it is fun and delicious.
Was definitely a winner in our home, I would 100% recommend this product to other families, we look forward to it being in stores so we can continue to enjoy it.

What a huge success this was. Was really impressed reading the box – so many positives. It gave me confidence that I was given something great to the family. The rice bubbles were demolished super fast with a request to buy more. And I will! Loved that they were not overly sweet. Coco pops are popular here so it definately a great alternative since it’s mostly chocolate flavoured.
DELICIOUS! We all enjoyed the fun puffs. It is so nice to be able to eat something different than my usual rice bubbles as I am gluten-free (intolerant). The kids agreed they were similar to the rice bubbles they usually eat but colorful and more flavourful. My eldest even tried guessing what flavour each colour was. They were tasty and made breakfast mire enjoyable. They even ate them for lunch and snacks.
The kiddies were super excited to see the box to try. My youngest who is six managed to open the box and had help opening the bag. They have both tried a similar product (different brand) however have declared the Healtheries version much nicer with a more chocolatey flavour. They both enjoyed the colourful crunchy goodness with milk and on their own. My son who has been ho-hum about eating breakfast lately (almost 12 yrs) managed to down two bowls in a row yesterday morning – that is progress….
Personally I am more of a natural foods, oats eater so not usually a fan of cereals, however having read the ingredients and lack of colouring and sugars compared to other products, I think I would purchase this product as a treat for my kiddies. Well done Healtheries and thank you, I think we will explore other products in the cereal range too.

Miss 7 and miss 9 gave it 2 thumbs up each. I’m always looking for lower sugar options for the kids so was super excited to see how the kids liked it.! Super happy! Kids are happy. Mums happy
What an exciting product to trial. The kids loved the packaging because who can resist a monster mask! Seeing the pretty colour rice puffs was also a winner. As for the taste they started eating before the milk was added. Loved them both with and without milk. The fun factor of the colours and the lower sugar makes them a good addition to our breakfast options.
This arrived just as we were heading away on holiday, so what better way to trial it than with additional kid volunteers!
We opened the box and their eyes lit up, they were so excited to see them look so inviting and colourful.
We poured them into the bowls and they were demolished in minutes. The 5 children ages, 5, 3, 2, 1 and 8 months old all ate them for breakfast, and were excited that there was enough for the next morning too.
It’s great that they are not too sweet, and also have the added pro and prebiotics.
There were a nice alternative to our usual breakfasts that’s for sure.
We were so excited to review this product. The kids looked and the packaging and thought wow this looks like a fun filled cereal then my son saw the monster mask on the other side of the box and thought wow now this is super cool as hes right into monster’s. After 2 feeds each for this family of four we are almost finished this product and its safe to say it tastes absolutely amazing and just as fun as it looks. All four of us really enjoyed it. My children had normal blue top milk but mum and dad had almond milk with ours and talk about delicious
. I would definitely recommend these fun filled puffs to family and friends and will definitely be buying them on future grocery shops. And I love that they are really healthy for us all and everyone in the family enjoyed them. I would like to see a bigger package aswell as the smaller box as for 4 people it doesn’t go far when its a big hit. But definitely would give it 5/5 from the whole family. Thanks again kidspot.
We have a winner! Mr 5 and Miss 9 are in agreement that this cereal is “like coco pops but way better”! They loved the colours in the bowl and immediately declared it as yummy.
They often ask for ‘colouful’ cereals, which I decline as colour generally translates to artificial or sugar. So the fact the the Fun Puffs are colourful, but not artificial or full of sugar is amazing.
I haven’t checked the price at the supermarket yet, but it is very likely that I will buy these again – especially if it continues to help my kids enjoy eating breakfast!
What a nice guilt free breakfast for the kids! Fun and colourful, crunchy and not too bad on flavour. The kids found this cereal quite exciting and different to their usual toast/weetbix or fruit. Awesome
Thank you for the chance to try this awesome product. My 7yr old boy try it for his breakfast and said it doesn’t have taste. He has sweet tooth and used to other cereal which is more sweet. However he finished his bowl and don’t mind to have it again. We also try this cereal as “sprinkles” with ice cream and it works a treat. Overall we like the cereal as it’s light, colourful, and not too sweet. I would recommend this cereal as healthy option compare with other brand.
My two boys absolutely loved this cereal the colours got them really excited about breakfast and as a mum I love how it has pre and pro biotics in it so I know they are getting what they need to start the day off good and keep their bellies good aswell. I had no problems getting them to try it packaging was easy to open and very informative aswell wich was nice
My kids (5 & 21 months) both seemed to thoroughly enjoy this cereal! I tried it myself and found it much plainer than I expected looking at the colours! It is relatively low in sugar I guess (just less than a teaspoon in a serve) although it is the second listed ingredient on the box so is proportionally perhaps high (although probably much less than something like Coco Pops) I like the addition of the pre/probiotics.The colours make it fun and ‘sweet’ looking which always appeals to kids! I asked my 5 year old what she liked most and she said “The colours, the taste – everything!!” so that would be a definite thumbs up from her. She pulled out a piece of each colour and put them on the bench, then said “The pink one is Peppa Pig, the green is her garden and the brown one is her muddy puddle!” Overall a fun cereal for the kids, I think I would buy it again.
Yum! I had 3 little kids try these. The youngest is 5 he is a dairy lover and absolutely loved the fun puffs, from the taste, to the colours and the box! Our eldest son has a sweet tooth and was not as sold as his sibling. My 8yr old niece could not get enough of them! From a parental point of view, knowing that they have probiotics in the cerial is a major plus! Overall our family loved them and we will definitely be adding them to our shopping list!
My boys (4.5yrs and 7.5yrs) were very surprised at how good these were! They were dubious trying something a little out of the ordinary looking but were surprised. They said they tasted like cocoa pops. To know they’re getting healthy bacteria for their tummy is so beneficial to them. My older boy often complains of tummy ache so I’m sure this will help balance his gut. What a great product Healtheries! We will be on the lookout at the supermarket to have this as a staple for the kids! Thumbs up from my boys!
My daughter is 8 years old and can be fussy with new foods but she loved this cereal. I’m so glad to have this as an option for a healthy breakfast for her. I love that it is gluten free, has all natural colours and flavours, 40 % less sugar is amazing and the added probiotics. Will definitely buy in the future.
Yum, yum, yum! I was lucky enough to try this cereal with my son and a mother who is undergoing chemo and has difficulty eating anything, as it was natural and gluten free, preservative free but with added probiotics and prebiotics helped with the internal balance of positive gut flora, which are the microorganisms that live in the digestive tract, when they’re out of balance it can cause all sorts of problems. Healtheries Gluten-Free Fun Puffs cereal, met all my families tastes and needs, it’s the best of both worlds, taste and healthy. We are going to be eating this for years to come, in fact I caught my son with a bowl of it, nearly empty, as a snack and unlike some cereals I was actually ecstatic he was eating it of his own accord, yes we are hooked on Healtheries. These arrived Friday afternoon, a nice surprise ending to the week. Both kids were ravenous as usual after school and excitedly ripped into the packaging. They didn’t even wait for a bowl and milk but started eating them out of the box. I grabbed a handful too, and enjoyed the taste – not too sweet, but still pleasant to eat even without milk and sweet enough to feel like a treat.
Kids have enjoyed eating them each day for breakfast. My daughter gives them 4/5. I’m not sure why they weren’t 5/5, I guess maybe only pancakes rate that high. They’ve both asked me to buy them again.

My boys aged 7 and 9 were so excited when they received this cereal box. Firstly he said” oh wow just like coco pops but coloured. These are going to be so yummy”. My younger son commented that he wanted to cut the cool mask out off the back of the box. So thumbs up for the packaging.
Taste wise they said it was yummy. The coloured puffs were a real excitement. Comparing this product to coco pops, my boys said very similar. But good for me knowing the Healtheries Fun puffs have much less sugar, and this is why I’d buy this product again instead of other high sugar cereals.
Received the package after it seemed to have a rough journey! LOL! My girls tried it right on the next morning, both loved it as the elder said the rice puffs stayed crunchy and not soggy with milk and the younger one asked for more after a big bowl!!! They both like the taste of cocoa puffs while myself like the other fruits and vege puffs more, very nice natural colour and the best is it’s not sweet comparing to other similar products.
Definitely a good products to share with friends and families with the lower sugar which save me time to check on every products and the prebiotics and probiotics as a plus!

After the last few days of having the cereal I can say miss 6 and my older child of 13 really enjoyed the taste

My son 14 months enjoyed the fun puffs both straight from the box as well as with some milk in bowl. My nieces 11 and 10 also tried it when stayed with me for the night they said it tasted fruity and nice not to sweet.
The fact it contains prebiotics and probiotics, is great for a healthy tummy along with being gluten-free, they contain no artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives and they contain 40% less sugar. They are nice and colourful making them definitely a fun cereal.
Kids love these ‘monster puffs. They were very excited to try them, and came back for seconds, which I had no problem with at all. The colours are great, the box if fun, the mask on the back is a massive hit. The is for the opportunity to trial these, it’s good to know there are healthier, but still tasty options for the kids

Thank you healtheries and kidspot for choosing me to provide a review. Firstly, while the packaging is attractive and shows attractive for kids, the courier did slightly damage the box. Secondly, what the family liked was the rice puffs had natural ingredients, pre and pro biotic. Most importantly, while the product claims 40% less sugar, we still found the puffs cereal sweet and sugary. A little more healthier version of puffs would definitely be a hit for kids.
These arrived the other day and miss 2 and 4 got try them this morning along with sharing with their baby sister haha. They were amazed at the colours such a big hit in this house. The bowls were quickly eaten up.
Fun, tasty and full of goodness!
As soon as I opened the box of fun puffs, I knew they’d be a winner with my girl. These puffs are an attractive mix of three different colours – green, brown and pink! There’s also a monster mask for kids to make that is on the back of the carton. So the cereal and its packaging have both been expertly designed with kids in mind. Healtheries have certainly put the fun factor into these puffs, although not at the expense of their nutritional benefits – of which there are plenty! But more on those later. The most important factor, obviously, is whether children actually like them or not. So, I filled up a bowl for breakfast and presented them to my nine-year-old ‘cereal expert’ for her opinion.
• The first words to pop out of her mouth were: ‘They’re so colourful’! So my guess was correct that she’d immediately be drawn to the eye-catching colour combo! Children, like adults, judge food on how it looks, so we were clearly off to a great start.
• Next came the taste test! What good is food that looks fantastic but then tastes disappointing? It’s just a bummer when that happens, and it’s worse for children too because they just hate being disappointed. Thankfully, we didn’t have to go through that experience at all because these fun puffs passed the taste test with flying colours! I could tell she liked them straight away as she didn’t want to put the bowl down until she’d finished the last puff! ‘How do they taste?’ I asked her. She thought for a minute and then replied ‘Like a mix of milo and…. lollies!’ Then she did the big thumbs up!
So that’s the seal of approval from my child. She really likes the look and taste of this cereal.
But, from an adult’s perspective now, how does this cereal compare to other similar children’s cereals in terms of nutrition? Well, it excels in that area too! Healtheries, as the brand name suggests, do healthier versions of popular kids’ foods really well, and this new cereal is no exception…
Firstly, it contains prebiotics and probiotics, which is great for a healthy tummy. Coincidentally, my daughter was on a short course of antibiotics for an ear infection when we opened up this box of cereal, so it made me feel really good to give her something that would help to restore good gut bacteria.
Also, these are gluten-free, they contain no artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives and they contain 40% less sugar than other children’s cereals. Oh, and they’re also made in New Zealand and have a 4-star health rating!
With all that in mind, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to all families with kids. My daughter loves them, and I love that she loves them.
I had seen these at the supermarket but didn’t want to purchase in case my kids didn’t like them so we were so delighted to be able to trial these and they not did not disappoint, my kids have had them every day since they arrived so I will be getting more
the packaging isn’t as bright as all the other ones which kids seem to be drawn to but as I generally do the shopping I love all the info at the front especially knowing it has prebiotics and probiotics 
I would recommend it to others. It is 10/10 from us 
Can’t even tell its gluten free! With someone in the house with celiac disease we’ve tried a lot of gluten free products and a lot seem to taste of cardboard. This however tasted amazing, wouldn’t have guessed it was gluten free and healthy. Certainly went down a treat with little miss.

The packaging is made interesting and colourful, perfect for my two 6 year olds. My kids were very curious as we have not had these before. The puffs are colourfull and my twins could not wait to try.
They usually don’t have milk with their cereals because they prefer cereal crunchy so they eat them with a spoon. And the puffs are super crunchy. The brown puffs taste like chocolate while the pink and green ones don’t really have a flavour but add some colour which makes them look a lot more interesting and fun compared to other brands. My kids started counting the coloured puffs and called the pink one sprinkles. So definitely a lot of fun.
I like that the product is not overly sweet and that monkfruit sweetener is used. This is a great alternative to sugar. Of course I had to try them too and find them way better than other brands. And the added pre- and probiotics are a bonus. My kids are very fussy eaters and have some tummy issues. Knowing that they can get pre- and probiotics with breakfast is a huge bonus. I was very surprised they actually had 3 bowl for breakfast!
Having only a tiny breakfast every day I was surprised to hear: ‘Can I have more please?’. What else they had to say about the product: The brown ones taste like chocolate. Oh they are yum, can we have them all the time?
I would recommend these and I will definitely be buying Healtheries Fun Puffs Cereal again.
Healtheries fun puffs look great- fun colours and characters on the packaging had our children interested and I liked the clear information easily seen such as gluten free and coloured with vegetables, no artificial colouring, sweeteners and flavouring.
The kids liked the taste, the 9yr old commented that it was nice, not too sweet and tasted like ”nothing” so gave it an ok rating. The 3yr old enjoyed tasting the different colours and was a little disappointed they didn’t taste like something the same colour. He suggested the pink should be strawberry, the green lemon and brown chocolate. He seemed to enjoy the taste though and polished off the whole bowl quickly.
Generally I aim for giving them low/no sugar breakfast options especially when they are going to school for the day. I think this cereal may cost more than our regular options so I will probably consider it as a once in every 3months or so purchase just to change things up, perhaps in school holidays or to use in baking (eg rice bubble slice).
