    Easy five cup loaf

    Serves:

     

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup self-raising flour
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup dessicated coconut
    • 1 cup sultanas
    • 1 cup milk

    Method

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour into lined tin.

    Bake for 40-45 mins until cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
