Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutvia
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- 80g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 4 cups Rice Puffs
- ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
Method

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat combine the Nutvia, butter, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Stir continuously until the mixture has melted, taking care not to let it over cook.

Pour the Nutvia mixture into a bowl. Pour in the rice puffs and desiccated coconut, stir to coat.

When completely coated spoon into patty pans, pressing the mix firmly with the spatula.

Place into the fridge until firm, approximately 30 minutes
