    Makes 20

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup almond meal
    • 3 tbs smooth peanut butter
    • 1 cup shredded coconut
    • 2 tbs rice syrup

    Method

    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and shape into balls.

    Roll the shaped balls in extra coconut and enjoy.
