Swedish chocolate balls
Makes about 20 balls
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water or coffee
- 1 cup (85g) desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
Method
Melt the butter then place in a large bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients except the coconut and mix well.
Roll this mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, then roll each one in the coconut.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
