Chocolate chip peanut butter cookies
Ingredients
- 125 g butter, softened
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
- 250 g Dark Choc Bits
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg.
Stir in Baking Cocoa and flours. Add half the Dark Choc Bits.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on trays and press with a fork, then gently press remaining Dark Choc Bits on top.
Bake 12 minutes until golden. Stand 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
