
Promotion for Healtheries
These quick-to-make cookies are great for the lunchbox or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
1 cup Self-raising flour + 1 tablespoon
1 cup Healtheries Fun Puffs Cereal
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 cup Dessicated coconut
1/2 cup Sultanas
1/8 teaspoon Baking soda
(a pinch)
80 ml Honey
125 grams Butter
melted
2 Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175C or 155° fan-bake. Line a baking tray with baking paper
- In a bowl, combine the flour, Healtheries Fun Puffs, coconut, sultanas, baking soda, and mix well
- Add the honey, butter and eggs and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined
- Roll heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place them on the baking tray, leaving space between and pat down to flatten
- Bake for 12-14 minutes depending on your oven (Keep a close eye on them and do not overbake)
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes
