Beetroot dip
Ingredients
- 400 grams beetroot balls, drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 175 grams natural yogurt
Method
Combine beetroot, garlic, coriander, cumin, lemon juice and yogurt.
Process until roughly chopped.
Refrigerate until required.
