Lunch box fruit kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 rockmelon
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 small bunch grapes
Method
Slice rockmelon and honeydew melon in half and scoop out seeds.
Using a melon baller, scoop balls from both and drain on paper towel.
Remove grapes from the stems.
Thread the melon balls, grapes and strawberries onto the sticks and chill.

Note
- Of course you can use different fruits for these kebabs but just keep in mind that bananas will turn brown and that it’s not a good idea to use seedy fruit like cherries.
