Mini apple crumbles
Ingredients
- 1 425g tin pie apples
- ¾ cup self raising flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pkt slivered Almonds
- 80g butter
- 10 cloves
- 4 x ramekins (or similar size dish)
Method
Divide apples evenly between dishes
Place 2 cloves in each dish
Combine sifted flour and cinnamon in a bowl, rub in butter, add remaining dry ingredients and mix well
Sprinkle crumble mixture evenly over the four dishes
Bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes
Serve with a dollop of cream or ice cream.
Notes
- As an alternative, raspberries or blueberries can be used instead of apples.
