    Mini apple crumbles

    Ingredients

    • 1 425g tin pie apples
    • ¾ cup self raising flour
    • ¾ cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup oatmeal
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 pkt slivered Almonds
    • 80g butter
    • 10 cloves
    • 4 x ramekins (or similar size dish)

    Method

    Divide apples evenly between dishes

    Place 2 cloves in each dish

    Combine sifted flour and cinnamon in a bowl, rub in butter, add remaining dry ingredients and mix well

    Sprinkle crumble mixture evenly over the four dishes

    Bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes

    Serve with a dollop of cream or ice cream.

    Notes

    • As an alternative, raspberries or blueberries can be used instead of apples.
