- 65 grams POWERBAR PROTEIN PLUS Chocolate Powder, (available from selected supermarkets and sports stores)
- 200 millilitres skim milk
- 2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp
- 2 scoops PETERS Light & Creamy Ice Cream
