    Veggie sticks with dip

    Serves:

    Ingredients

    • 1 mini tub of cream cheese
    • 1/2 carrot
    • 1/2 lebanese cucumber
    • 1 stick celery

    Method

    Peel and cut carrot into sticks. Wash cucumber and celery and cut into sticks.

    Place in a small chilled lunchbox with the cream cheese.

    Notes:

    • I confess my children would NEVER voluntarily eat this. Well, maybe a carrot stick on a good day. But I am led to believe that many children do enjoy this lovely healthy food. – may the Force be with you.
    • Substitute with hummus or your kids’ favourite dip.
