    Peas and bacon

    Serves:

     

    Ingredients

    • 1kg frozen or fresh peas
    • 300g shortcut bacon
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter

    Method

    In a lidded frypan, heat olive oil and fry bacon for 3 minutes.

    Add peas and toss.

    Place lid on and steam for 4 mins stirring occasionally. Serve in a bowl with the butter on top.
