Peas and bacon
Ingredients
- 1kg frozen or fresh peas
- 300g shortcut bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
In a lidded frypan, heat olive oil and fry bacon for 3 minutes.
Add peas and toss.
Place lid on and steam for 4 mins stirring occasionally. Serve in a bowl with the butter on top.

Note
