These bright rainbow disco balls are perfect for a kids birthday party made with puffed wheat and peanut butter and glittered up for yummy bling

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup multi-coloured sprinkles

Method

Line baking tray with baking paper. Combine icing sugar, honey and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well. Stir in cereal and raisins.

Mould mixture into 3cm balls. Roll balls in sprinkles and place on baking sheet.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in a covered container.
