Crunchy pineapple with strawberry topping
Ingredients
- 500 grams pineapple, peeled and cored
- 200 grams strawberry yoghurt
- 60 grams cream cheese, low-fat spreadable
- 100 grams strawberries, roughly chopped
- 40 grams almond biscotti, chopped
Method
Slice the pineapple thinly
Combine the Strawberry Yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth
Stir in the strawberries and biscotti
Spoon over the pineapple to serve
