Fast peach and pear crumble
Ingredients
- 1 tin pear slices, drained
- 1 tin peach slices, drained
- 250g butter, melted
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lay pear and peaches in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
Press mixture over the top of the fruit and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
