Ingredients
500g chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp sesame oil
optional
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey

- 1 skewers
- 1 casserole dish
- 1 microwave
- 1 grill
Instructions
- If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Slice chicken into 2cm cubes.
- Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey in a casserole dish. Microwave on high for 10-20 seconds to melt the honey.
- Stir the marinade well to combine, add the chicken cubes, and mix well to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, about 6 pieces per skewer.
- Heat your grill to high heat.
- Cook the chicken skewers for 3 minutes on each of the 4 sides, basting halfway through with some of the leftover marinade.
- Serve with rice and greens.
