Avocado and mango mousse

It sounds like an odd mix, but it is surprisingly good - and healthy! Add some yoghurt to the mix and you have a tasty all-rounder dessert family members young and old will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

    deseeded and cubed

  • 1 mango

    cubed

  • ½ cup yoghurt

    (130g)

  • 1 blender

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth.
  2. Serve!

Notes

Tip
Keep slices of mango and slices of avocado frozen in resealable bags and simply mix with fresh yoghurt for a super easy snack.
Tip
Make sure you chop the mango because it may be slightly stringy.
