Best-ever guacamole recipe



  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 red onion, minced
  • Tabasco to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt to taste


Mash the avocados, stir in the minced red onion and Tabasco.

Add a few splashes of lemon juice and a few grinds of sea salt. Taste.

Add more lemon juice or sea salt until the desired level of guacamole nirvana is achieved.

Serve with a huge bowl of corn chips.

  • Also delish with diced, seeded tomato and fresh coriander leaves stirred through.
