Butternut pineapple delight
Ingredients
- 1 pack of butternut snaps
- 1 600ml bottle whipped cream
- 1 tin pineapple pieces (drained)
Method
Place one layer of butternut snaps followed by one layer of pineapple pieces and a small amount of juice to moisten the biscuits.
Top with one layer of whipped cream. Repeat if desired.
Allow to set in the fridge overnight. It is delicious, but very rich, so large servings are not advised!
