Ingredients
125g butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup self raising flour
2 tbsp Baking Cocoa
¾ cup Smarties

- 1 Oven
- 1 Oven trays
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Electric mixer
- 1 Sifter
- 1 Fork
- 1 Wire rack
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Beat butter and sugars until creamy, beat in egg.
- Fold in combined sifted flour and baking cocoa, fold in Smarties.
- Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays.
- Press down lightly with fork.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- Cool on wire rack.
