Blueberry and yoghurt smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp L.S.A .powder
- 20ml (1 tbsp) flax seed oil
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in chilled glasses with pretty paper straws.
