Ingredients
2 apples
peeled, cored and sliced
2 cups water
Equipment
- 1 saucepan
- 1 stick blender
- 1 conventional blender
- 1 sieve
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring apples and water to the boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until the apples are very soft.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Puree using a stick or conventional blender until smooth or alternately push through a sieve.
