230g butter
melted
2 cups self-raising flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups dessicated coconut
½ cup cocoa

2 tbsp cocoa

1 cup icing sugar

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp butter
melted, for icing
1 tbsp coconut

- 1 slice tray
- 1 baking paper
- 1 large bowl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a slice tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, add melted butter and stir well.
- Press mixture firmly into a slice tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- To make the icing, sift icing sugar and cocoa and stir in melted butter and milk.
- Spread over the warm slice and sprinkle coconut over the top.
- Leave to cool and cut into 5cm by 5cm squares.
