Grilled bullseye



  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pieces of bread
  • a handful of grated cheese
  • butter


A decorative, 10 minute breakfast that the kids will devour in no time!

Cut a hole in the middle of each piece of bread using a glass or cookie cutter.

Butter a pan, cook bread on one side on low over the stove until golden.

Turn bread and drop an egg into each hole in the bread. Cook at a medium heat until egg is cooked.

Place onto a plate and put cheese on top and place under the grill to melt cheese.
