Veggies with noodles
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 2 pkts two-minute noodles, chicken flavour
Chop onion and bacon and put in frying pan to slighlty cook.
Add chopped broccoli, thin carrot slices, peas and corn, into the pan.
Add chicken stock, simmer the veggies and bacon in stock until cooked then add noodles and satchets of flavour and cook further until noodles are soft.
